About the Role

CARE Fertility is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bedford team. This position plays a key role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting procedures, and coordinating with physicians and clinical staff throughout the fertility treatment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after fertility procedures.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses per physician orders.

• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

• Assist with ultrasound, lab, and surgical procedures as needed.

• Support patient flow and ensure a professional, compassionate experience.

• Lead and support other nursing staff; provide coverage and guidance as needed.

• Demonstrate strong PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) skills and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Texas (required).

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; fertility or women’s health experience preferred.

• Proven leadership skills and ability to support and mentor nursing staff.

• Strong PACU or surgical recovery experience.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and patient service skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced clinical setting.
