Position Summary
Turbare is a new 503B Outsourcing Facility committed to delivering high-quality compounded sterile pharmaceuticals to healthcare providers nationwide. Dedicated to patient safety and regulatory compliance, we are seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring product compliance and quality through meticulous sterile compounding operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Compounding:
- Prepare sterile pharmaceutical products adhering to established formulations and SOPs.
- Implement aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile compounding environment.
- Ensure precision in measuring and mixing ingredients.
Filling and Repackaging:
- Operate filling equipment to accurately fill sterile pharmaceuticals into appropriate containers.
- Conduct repackaging activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
Material Transfer:
- Safely transfer materials within the cleanroom, documenting movements for traceability.
Product Compliance, Inspection and Labeling:
- Conduct visual inspections of finished products to guarantee quality and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Accurately label and document pharmaceutical products in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of USP Chapter 797 and other relevant regulations.
- Familiarity with cGMP operations and cleanroom protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Arkansas Pharmacy Technician License Preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Working Conditions:
- This position involves working in a cleanroom environment with strict adherence to gowning and hygiene procedures.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds.
- This role requires being in small spaces for extended periods of time.
