Location: N. Scottsdale, Arizona - will also travel to our Phoenix location

Are you a detail-oriented, empathetic medical assistant with a passion for women’s health and surgical care? We’re looking for a dedicated Breast Surgical Medical Assistant to support our dynamic surgical team in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in pre- and post-operative care for breast surgery patients
• Prepare exam rooms and surgical instruments
• Prepares and maintains supplies and equipment for treatments; strong understanding of sterile techniques 
• Support minor in-office procedures and wound care; specimen collection
• Coordinate patient education and follow-up appointments
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation; process referrals as needed
• Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned including chart prep, scheduling, data entry, phone calls, and patient registration

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)- must have certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience in surgical or women’s health settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and adaptable
