DEPARTMENT | ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This position is part of our Retail Banking team, which serves as the primary service and sales delivery channel for the market in which it operates.
As Assistant Financial Center Manager, you'll partner with the Financial Center Manager and/or Market Manager to oversee the financial center's growth and performance. You'll play a key role in achieving market sales and service goals by ensuring top-tier service, mitigating operational risks, and fostering efficient operations. This position provides essential leadership and oversight for the financial center.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Support management to achieve market goals and objectives
- Prepare monthly reporting
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales strategies to attract, expand, and retain customer relationships.
- Provide hands on leadership, coaching, and performance management, regularly applying the L.E.A.D principles
- Adhere to and enforce all compliance standards and regulations
- Assist in schedule development for assigned location and/or market
- Assist the FCM or Market Manager in identifying and reporting any maintenance needs of the financial center
- Lead all operational updates that impact their financial center
- Cross sell products to perspective and existing clients to drive profitability and income growth
- Perform all other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE | QUALIFICATIONS:
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years’ experience in retail banking or leadership position
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to analyze and evaluate risk
- Self-starter capable of prioritizing financial center needs
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Microsoft Suites products
