Account Coordinator - GTM

RollKall Technologies, LLC Irving, Texas, United States

About this position

Account Coordinator

GTM | Irving, TX

ROLLKALL

RollKall was founded by a retired police officer with one goal in mind: to help public safety professionals—police, firefighters, EMTs—connect with their communities through something called off-duty work. These are extra-duty jobs that enhance local safety while putting some extra cash in first responders’ pockets.

We built the platform that makes it easy, efficient, and trusted—for departments, officers, and the organizations that need them.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Think of this role as your launchpad at RollKall. If you’re someone who thrives in motion—juggling relationships, driving results, and making things happen—this is your stage.

As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of public safety clients. You’ll lead implementations, drive platform engagement, troubleshoot like a champ, and help agencies get the absolute best out of RollKall.

It’s a bit of account manager, a bit of project manager, a whole lot of client champion.

  • 1–2 years in account coordination, client success, project management, or ops (bonus if it’s SaaS or tech-enabled services)
  • Strong communicator with a gift for clarity (written and verbal)
  • Skilled at working across teams—support, product, sales, all of it
  • Analytical mindset—you know your way around a spreadsheet or dashboard
