About this position
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Hardware provisioning, imaging, troubleshooting, and software installation for laptops (Windows) and corporate owned/BYOD mobile devices (iOS/Android) along with standard peripherals.
- User and administration of operating systems including iOS and Windows 11
- Adherence to corporate security policies
- Networking support and troubleshooting of a local and remote corporate user environment.
- Troubleshooting a variety of client, mobile and cloud applications (Office 365, Browsers, SaaS solutions, Netskope, etc.).
- Access management and account provisioning. (Active Directory/Azure)
- Solve IT incidents by applying known documented solutions and processes, taking work items through to completion with minimal direct supervision.
- Manage a queue of support requests, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution (KACE)
- Support with remote offices (Dublin, Singapore)
- Experience with Azure, Microsoft Intune MDM, SOC Compliance a plus.
- Provide support to the end users in a timely and efficient manner
- Process all new hires and terminations
- Keep track of IT hardware and software inventory
- Monitor IT resources for faults
Position Requirements
Formal Education and Certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge and Experience
- Two or more years of support experience required.
- Additional certifications a plus

- Up to date on the latest technologies and communication methods (conference calls, email, instant messaging, etc)
