The Belgium SRC operates in a regulated, audit-driven environment where inspection accuracy, traceability, and documentation discipline are mandatory.

Role Description

The Quality Inspector supports hands-on Quality Control operations at the Quest International Service Repair Center (SRC) in Belgium.

This is a floor-level, execution-focused role responsible for incoming inspection, final inspection, documentation verification, ESD compliance, calibration tracking support, and audit readiness.

This is not a management, supplier quality engineering, or quality systems-only role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming inspection of products, components, and materials against documented inspection criteria
• Perform final inspection of serviced devices prior to outbound shipment
• Verify traceability, serial number accuracy, labeling, and documentation completeness
• Document inspection results in ERP and/or quality tracking systems and ensure GDP compliance
• Support nonconformance handling (quarantine, defect documentation, disposition support)
• Support bin audits, cycle count verification, and inventory quality checks
• Maintain calibration logs and coordinate calibration activities with Operations
• Monitor and document ESD compliance and basic ESD testing requirements
• Support warranty investigations and quality problem documentation as required
• Prepare inspection reports and support audit readiness activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• 2+ years recent hands-on QA/QC inspection experience (incoming inspection and/or final inspection)
• Experience in a regulated, ISO-controlled environment (repair, manufacturing, medical device, electronics, aerospace, industrial, etc.)
• Strong documentation discipline (GDP) and ability to follow written procedures
• Experience using ERP, QMS, or inspection tracking systems
• Familiarity with ESD requirements, calibration tracking, and audit-controlled processes
• Ability to use basic inspection and measurement tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong working English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Dutch required for onsite communication and safety compliance
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in electronics, medical device repair, or technical service environments
• Experience with serial-number traceability and controlled material workflows
• Experience supporting nonconforming material disposition processes
• Experience supporting ISO audits or audit readiness documentation
• Experience working with repair orders, RMA workflows, or service documentation

• supplier quality engineering without hands-on inspection execution
• quality systems/program management roles without floor-level inspection responsibility

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Standard business hours; occasional overtime per Belgian labor regulations
• Location: 100% onsite at our Bornem warehouse (Rijksweg 19, 2880 Bornem, Belgium)
• Contract: Belgian employment contract and benefits in accordance with Belgian law

Compensation

• €21 – €24 gross per hour (firm range depending on experience)
