Due to continued growth, Element Insurance is expanding our team and seeking an In-House Personal & Commercial Lines Sales Advisor to join our organization.
Job Summary
Manage and grow a portfolio of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines business.
Work in a high-energy environment responding to inbound client inquiries while proactively identifying new sales opportunities
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day client management and account maintenance for Personal Lines accounts; act as a primary point of contact and maintain strong client and insurer relationships.
Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, payments, and general inquiries.
Review and assess coverage needs, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities as client needs evolve.
Initiate, negotiate, and process policy renewals.
Prepare and issue confirmations of insurance.
Manage claims submissions and advocate for clients throughout the claims process.
Respond to incoming phone calls and online quote requests.
Generate new business opportunities and achieve individual sales targets in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications & Skills
RIBO license required.
Strong passion for sales and client service.
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Mandarin or Cantonese speaking is an asset.
