About this position
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Control access to and provide surveillance for Land’s End property.
Handle emergencies / inform authorities and management (including competency
in elevator evacuation)
Perform inspection rounds.
Advise owners, renters and guests of the Community Rules and Regulations.
Provide routine services including open and close Clubhouse and uncover spas and
control tennis courts.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Maintaining gardens and planting beds, including planting, weeding, soil
conditioning and mulching.
Raking and removing leaves, limbs and other debris on the property.
Keeping outdoor furniture clean and in good repair.
Sweeping/blowing walkways, parking garages and removing debris.
Perform all other duties assigned or needed – situations not covered must be dealt
with in a professional manner and common sense, reporting such incidents in the
Gate House Log and bringing them to the attention of management.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC.
Requires a high school diploma/GED or an equivalent number of years of education.
Must be motivated and able to work independently.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds with
heavier weight necessary at times.
