About this position
As a Strategic Account Manager, you are the face, voice and trusted partner representing our fully integrated in-home healthcare model. You will be the primary point of contact for cultivating and expanding relationships across hospitals, SNFs, physician practices and key healthcare partners throughout the Fairfax/Arlington/Alexandria region.
Leveraging your existing referral network, you’ll identify and manage opportunities for our chronic disease management solutions at home.
Most representatives sell a single service line. You won’t.

What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow strategic referral relationships across the market
- Drive consistent referral volume through proactive outreach and relationship farming
- Translate conversations into movement
