Position Purpose: Leads the enterprise strategy, design, and execution of leadership and management development aligned with Rival’s commitment to financial, cultural, and eternal returns. Serves as the steward of Rival’s leadership philosophy and development constructs, and as a trusted thought partner and coach to leaders. Primary Role Expectations:

· Organizational Development and Effectiveness 

     Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders on leadership behavior, organizational   dynamics, and culture signals

    Support change management initiatives by helping leaders lead change effectively

    Drive leadership effectiveness through targeted coaching, succession planning, and capability-building programs  

· Learning and Development Strategy 

   Partner with Rival and affiliate leadership to develop and execute an enterprise learning   strategy aligned with business goals and values

  Identify leadership, skill, and capability gaps and translate them into development priorities.

  Design and implement development pathways for leaders and individual contributors in coordination with affiliate leadership

 Ensure initiatives drive performance, reinforce culture, and support succession needs  

· Training Design & Delivery 

 Maintain and evolve proprietary leadership and management development constructs that reflect company culture and address organizational needs.

 Design and deliver effective learning experiences (in-person, virtual, and blended), including role-based programs in partnership with affiliates.

 Build internal training capability by partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to develop and deliver high-impact content.  

 Manage learning platforms, tools, and vendors, and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve programs.  

· Leadership & Talent Development 

 Support Provide executive and leader coaching at multiple levels of the organization

 Coach leaders through high-stakes conversations, feedback challenges, and trust issues

 Design and support leadership pipelines and high-potential development

 Integrate values, faith, and culture into leadership development initiatives   

· Personality & Assessment Integration

 Serve as internal expert on personality and behavioral assessment tools

 Synthesize multiple assessments into practical guidance for leaders and teams

 Conduct personality assessment reviews for prospective and current employees

 Create working-together guides and communication playbooks  

· Culture & Values Integration 

 Champion organizational values and reinforce desired behaviors

 Support initiatives that strengthen a healthy and aligned culture

 Embed culture and values into learning, leadership, and organizational practices  

· Measurement & Continuous Improvement 

 Define success metrics for learning and organizational development initiatives

 Analyze performance, learning, and organizational data

 Report insights and recommendations to leadership

 Continuously refine programs based on outcomes and organizational needs

Requirements:

 Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education, psychology, or a related field
  •  5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or talent management, including designing and delivering leadership development programs
  •  Experience in manufacturing or other operational environments, providing practical insight into the day-to-day challenges leaders and teams face
  •  Experience in learning and organizational development, including designing and delivering leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent pipelines
  •  Demonstrated expertise in leadership frameworks, personality assessment tools, and the use of learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms)
  •  Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  •  Ability and willingness to travel as needed
