As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children's development and creating a positive learning experience that encourages growth, curiosity, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging classroom activities tailored to the developmental needs of children
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being at all times
- Assist with personal care needs, including diapering, feeding, and toileting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning environment
- Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among children
- Document each child's daily experiences, developmental milestones, and progress
- Collaborate with team members and families to support each child's individual needs and growth
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational or care setting preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional early childhood education credentials are a plus

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Special Education, or related field
- Previous experience working in a licensed or NAEYC Accredited Early Childhood setting or program preferred
- First Aid, CPR and any required state trainings.
- Candidates must successfully complete a physical examination and provide a health clearance, as required by state licensing regulations, to ensure they are fit to work in a childcare environment.
