Job Description:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries. This role ensures that all front desk operations run smoothly, providing efficient service and maintaining a high level of professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and process arrivals and departures promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests courteously.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with reservation systems preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
