Buddy’s offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities.Essential Functions:Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient mannerAnswer questions regarding food preparation and ingredientsEnsure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell inviting guests backAssist guests when on a waiting listCoordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift while maintaining the waiting listSuggestively sells all menu itemsObserves guests and responds to any additional needsDemonstrating excitement and enthusiasmFollows health and safety guidelinesQualifications:Experience in the restaurant industryHigh energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the teamDependable team player with successful record of work attendanceAbility to listen and communicate effectivelyAbility to stand or walk for extended periods of timeAbility reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objectsMust adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards at all timesFlexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
