About this position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Investigator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into toxic tort and asbestos claims.
  • Assign and oversee work to field investigators
  • Assign and manage assignments to internal units
  • Gather and analyze evidence, including medical records, environmental reports, and witness statements.
  • Interview claimants, witnesses, and experts to obtain relevant information.
  • Prepare detailed investigative reports and summaries.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to support litigation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to toxic tort and asbestos claims.

Qualifications:
 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in toxic tort and asbestos claim investigations.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with legal teams in a litigation setting.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and environmental science.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using investigative tools and software
