INFRA is a purchasing cooperative dedicated to empowering independent natural food retailers nationwide.


Internship Details 

  • Location: St Paul, MN HQ office 
  • Duration: 12 weeks (Summer (June – August 2026) 
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ($19-$22/hr)

As the Marketing/Communications Intern, you will: 

  • Help plan and create social media posts – building content calendars, writing copy, and doing light design work  
  • Support INFRA's podcast, including writing episode titles and show notes 
  • Help cover our annual conference on social media, including real time posting about INFRA’s grocery store membership and food brand partners  
  • Get hands-on experience with marketing INFRA’s growing wellness and supplement brand by organizing marketing and updating marketing materials  

Ideal Candidate Requirements: 

  • Ideal for individuals currently employed in natural foods or grocery retail roles or students in the following Degree Programs: Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Media Studies 
  • Strong writing skills and a creative mindset 
  • Comfortable using tools like Social Media platforms, Canva, Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office/Excel (or willing to learn) 
  • Excited to work for a purpose-driven organization that supports independent business and the good food industry
