We're looking for a dynamic Rental Agent to be the welcoming face of our company in the Independence and Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) area. In the car rental business, our highest-performing agents shine by creating genuine connections with customers, smoothly completing rental bookings, and delivering top-tier service every time.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Completing customer rental reservations with exceptional care and professionalism
- Overseeing and managing vehicle inventory
- Managing follow-up callbacks efficiently
- Cleaning, washing, and readying vehicles for the next rental
- Reviewing and auditing rental paperwork to ensure complete accuracy
The store operates Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional half-day weekend shifts. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements:Must be 18+
All of our representatives must be certified to drive; must have a valid driver's license
Must have fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
