Location: Fort Payne, AL
Ally Psychiatry is seeking a part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient team in Fort Payne, Alabama.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 3 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Population: Child and Adolescent focus
- Support: Strong administrative and clinical support staff
- Experienced with DEA preferred
- PA with CAQ in Psych welcome
- Experience with Children greatly preferred.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- PMHNP with experience in outpatient psychiatry
- DEA license preferred
- Passion for working with children and adolescents
Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting
- Must possess an AL State License to practice Nursing and it must be in good standing.
- Must possess the knowledge base in health promotion maintenance, advanced pathophysiology, advanced health assessment and pharmacology for advanced practice nurses.
- Must possess the following concepts: individual and family psychotherapy, psychiatric-mental health nursing across the lifespan, advanced assessment in psychiatric-mental health nursing and psychopharmacology.
