About the role
- We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field. If you take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work, excel at keeping meticulous records, and enjoy helping customers, this role may be a perfect fit.
What you'll do
- Process and invoice statements for customer accounts, rentals, leases, and service agreements
- Handle customer hardware returns
- Enter new customer information accurately and set up autopay when requested
- Create and manage accounts in Salesforce
- Answer customer calls and emails while providing clear, helpful responses
- Scan and file billing and credit documents (both physical and digital)
- Process daily deposits and prepare cash reports as needed
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in billing, Accounts Receivable, or a similar field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with SalesForce, DocuWare, Autotask, or Microsoft Dynamics GP
- Ability to work independently without constant reminders
- A friendly, professional phone manner and customer‑service mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional presentation
The pay range for this role is:
21 - 24 USD per hour(Corporate)
