Now Hiring: Lifeguards – Make Waves With Us! ???

Do you love sunshine, staying active, and helping people have fun while staying safe? If so, we want YOU on our team! Mira Vista Country Club is looking for energetic, responsible, and friendly Lifeguards to help create a safe and enjoyable pool environment for our members and their families this season.

· Strive to achieve the MVCC Vision & Mission each day.

· Conduct yourself in a manner that represents all the MVCC core values.

· Greet guests promptly & assist with check-in

· Ensure the safety of our swimmers in and around the pool facilities

· Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their experience by being attentive to service needs 

· Complete opening and closing cleaning duties 

· Notify Pool Manager of equipment and facility repair needs.

· Handling miscellaneous tasks upon request

· May be eligible to assist with private swimming lesson instruction (and additional commission)

Qualifications (required unless stated otherwise):

· Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

· Professional, positive personality

· Ability to work both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a team environment

Licenses and Special Requirements:

· Red Cross lifeguard and CPR certified 

· Bi-Annual Minor Abuse Awareness Training
