What Makes This Role Special
Got a sharp eye for cars and love a fast-paced environment? Orlando Longwood Auto Auction needs a Commercial Account Manager to drive growth in our Fleet department! You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with fleet, commercial, and institutional clients. Also, you will be focusing on maximizing vehicle consignment volume, retention, and profitability by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and by delivering exceptional service throughout the auction process.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures
- Manage a portfolio of fleet and commercial accounts, acting as the primary liaison between clients and the auction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with fleet managers, leasing companies, rental car companies, and other commercial consignors.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, reconditioning, titles, marketing, and accounting) to resolve issues and meet client expectations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and service excellence.
Work Conditions
- Hybrid; frequent travel to dealerships, storage lots, and client sites while also present at OLAA (sale day auctions, meetings, etc.).
- May be required to work long hours during peak auction days
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in automotive sales, fleet management, commercial account management, or vehicle remarketing.
- Strong understanding of fleet, commercial, or wholesale automotive markets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Preferred
- Experience in the auto auction environment, preferred.
- Familiarity with auction platforms and inventory systems (e.g. Auction Edge, AutoIMS, etc.).
- Knowledge of automotive compliance and regulatory requirements

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, with Friday auction day support (weekends are yours!)
