Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence Specialist (RevOps)

Jetson Home Inc. North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Information Technology

About this position

About Jetson:

Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company — making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.

We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.

The Opportunity:

Jetson is redefining home electrification through technology, data, and automation. We're a fast-growing, tech-forward startup building smarter systems to deliver a better customer experience at scale — AI is not a side project here, it's the primary way we build and operate.
We're looking for a Revenue Operations & Business Intelligence Specialist to own the operational and analytics backbone of our business. This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of our revenue engine and company-wide data strategy. You'll own HubSpot configuration and optimization, build the reporting and dashboarding layer that powers decision-making across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Leadership, and act as a strategic thought partner to the founding team on revenue performance and scalability.
This role is for someone who thinks like an engineer, moves like a builder, and is deeply fluent in AI tooling. You'll work with Claude Code and other AI-native tools as your primary development environment — writing code, building integrations, and shipping reporting infrastructure at a pace that wouldn't be possible otherwise. You'll work closely with our data engineering team and business leaders, driving progress independently with limited structure and a high bar for output quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Revenue Operations & Systems
  • Own and optimize Jetson's revenue stack, with HubSpot as the centerpiece — including CRM configuration, pipeline management, lifecycle stages, automation workflows, and integrations across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Partner with Customer Operations to ensure help desk and customer service tooling is implemented effectively as we scale
  • Build and maintain integrations connecting HubSpot to NetSuite, field service tools, and other core systems — leveraging Claude Code and AI-native development workflows to move quickly
  • Develop custom enablement tools and internal utilities that support revenue teams and reduce manual overhead
  • Evaluate and implement new GTM tools that improve effectiveness, attribution, and visibility
  • Design, implement, and document scalable end-to-end revenue processes that improve speed, consistency, and clarity across team handoffs

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Partner closely with our data engineering team to build on top of a clean, well-structured data foundation — you own the reporting layer, they own the pipeline
  • Build extensive dashboards and KPI reporting across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Leadership using AI-native toolchains — the goal is real-time operational visibility that replaces manual, spreadsheet-driven processes
  • Develop employee-level performance scorecards and operational accountability systems
  • Deeply understand Jetson's business processes and org structure to identify the key measurements that actually drive performance — not just surface-level metrics, but the indicators that predict outcomes
  • Translate data into insights that drive decisions, not just reports that sit unused
  • Identify gaps in how data is captured across the business and work with data engineering to improve instrumentation at the source

AI-Native Development

  • Use Claude Code and other AI development tools as your primary workflow for building integrations, dashboards, and internal tooling — this is not optional, it's how this role operates
  • Identify where AI can eliminate manual or repetitive work and unlock productivity gains across revenue functions
  • Help define how Jetson responsibly and effectively operationalizes AI across GTM and operations
  • Stay current with the AI tooling landscape and proactively bring new capabilities into the team's workflow

What You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical role
  • Strong technical background — a software engineering foundation or equivalent hands-on build experience is highly valued
  • AI-native fluency is a core requirement: you work primarily with AI coding tools (Claude Code or similar) and know how to get production-quality output from them
  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs — this is a must
  • Strong analytical mindset with SQL proficiency and experience building dashboards and operational reporting that drive accountability
  • Experience building and maintaining API integrations and custom internal tooling
  • A genuine ability to understand business processes and org structure — you can sit with a business leader, understand how their team operates, and identify the 3–5 metrics that actually matter
  • Strong business intuition paired with technical execution ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical complexity into clarity for business stakeholders
  • Startup or high-growth company experience; comfortable driving progress independently with limited structure

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Gong or other call intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation frameworks
  • Experience with attribution modeling or advanced funnel analysis
  • Background in field service workflows or operational analytics
  • Exposure to tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or similar ELT platforms
