About this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Creating and managing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conducting market research and analyzing consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in graphic design work for marketing materials.
- Contribute to building visually compelling presentations or sales collateral.
- Work closely with marketing operations for email campaigns and targeted follow up.
- Improving existing and past marketing efforts.
- Managing and updating social media presence.
- Keep up on digital marketing trends
- Experience conducting thorough keyword research
- Ability to analyze websites to identify opportunities for improvement
- Managing and updating company websites
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interest in marketing and branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Graphic design skills and experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in creating engaging presentations or decks (a plus).
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, Social media etc., and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind Marketing knowledge or coursework is a plus.
