Position Overview

Echoing Hills is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and maintain the technology systems that power our Ministry. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys troubleshooting, supporting users, and working across a variety of technologies.

You will provide hands-on technical support, manage helpdesk tickets, configure systems and devices, and help ensure reliable technology operations across multiple locations. What You’ll Do

• Provide IT support for staff by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets while ensuring timely service and issue resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
• Support Microsoft environments, servers, printers, Apple devices, firewalls, and VOIP systems.
• Perform system updates, patching, account management, and application support.
• Assist with testing and deployment of new software and technology solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network-connected devices across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with the IT Director and team members to improve system performance and reliability.

Work Environment

• Primarily based at the Corporate Office with occasional travel to regional locations.
• Typical daytime schedule with occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call needs.
• Ability to lift and move technology equipment up to 50 pounds.

 What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of IT support, helpdesk, or systems support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user support.
• Experience with Microsoft environments, desktops, servers, or network devices preferred.
• Healthcare or nonprofit IT experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 90 days of hire.
