Courtesy Attendant

A Golf Course Courtesy Attendant (or Outside Services Attendant) ensures a premium guest experience by managing cart staging and cleaning while greeting players, assisting with bags, and maintaining range cleanliness. They act as the first point of contact, supporting pace of play, enforcing club rules, and maintaining orderly, clean, and safe facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cart Management: Stage, clean, sanitize and ensuring they are fully equipped with scorecards, pencils, and the ice chest is in place.
• Customer Service: Greet golfers, load/unload bags, clean clubs, and provide assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Range/Course Maintenance: Pick up range balls, fill dispensers, and keep the driving range, and parking area clean.
• Operations Support: Assist with player pairings, manage pace of play, and communicate with the pro shop regarding cart availability or issues.
• Safety & Policies: Enforce golf course rules, safely operate maintenance carts, and report any damaged equipment to management.
• Patrolling golf course and reminding the players the rules and ethics of golf.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Customer Focus: Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work outdoors, stand/walk for long periods, and lift heavy items (e.g., golf bags).
• Reliability: Available to work weekends, mornings, and holidays.
• Knowledge; General understanding of golf etiquette and course operations is preferred.
