Job Summary

Provides administrative/secretarial support to the executive staff and performs diversified administrative and secretarial functions.

Responsibilities

Answers all incoming calls and route to respective parties. Orders supplies for Office of Administrative. Answers all incoming/outgoing calls and route to respective parties. Orders supplies for front desk and mailroom. Assists with some security functions and any other emergency related situations. Trains employees and volunteers for front desk as needed. Maintains visitor logs/companion/vendor records ensuring security of confidential information and data. Distribute Retrieves, sorts and delivers all incoming/outgoing mail. Understands and abides by Levindale’s customer service commitment. 

Experience: Required: Less than one year

Education: Required: High School / GED
