About this position

Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze consumer trends to identify emerging opportunities in plants, pots, décor, and seasonal programs

Develop visually compelling event tables and merchandising displays

Design and produce signage for display tables and merchandising racks (in-store and program-specific)

Create professional PowerPoint presentations for new business pitches and customer meetings

Identify and propose new creative business opportunities and special programs

Design and curate visually appealing plant + pot combinations

Research and source new ideas for pots, picks, and decorative hard goods

Assist in developing seasonal and promotional programs

Create and maintain a comprehensive Plant & Hard Goods Catalog (digital and/or print)

Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, production, and purchasing teams

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Launch new creative programs quarterly (seasonal, promotional, or customer-specific)

Improve sell-through rates on featured programs

Reduce aging inventory through creative bundling and merchandising initiatives

Deliver customer pitch presentations on time (100% on-time submission)

Maintain and update catalog materials with accuracy and visual consistency

Contribute to increased new business wins influenced by marketing concepts

Ensure brand consistency across signage and merchandising displays

Identify and test new pot, pick, and hard good concepts each season

QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in management or a related field (required)

Strong eye for design and visual merchandising

Ability to translate trends into sellable programs

Experience creating retail signage and branded marketing materials

Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Industry knowledge in horticulture, retail plants, home décor, or CPG is a plus

College degree is a plus but not required
