Summary/Objective
Rabine Mechanical is hiring a Service Manager to lead our commercial HVAC service department.
This role combines technician leadership with daily dispatch ownership. You will be responsible for running the service engine, ensuring technicians are productive, work is scheduled efficiently, and margins are protected.
We are looking for someone who enjoys accountability and takes pride in running an organized, high-performing operation.
Essential Functions
- Leading and developing commercial HVAC service technicians
- Owning daily dispatch and workload coordination
- Driving technician productivity and performance standards
- Monitoring service gross margins and job costing
- Reducing callbacks and improving quality control
- Maintaining backlog visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Ensuring workflow accuracy inside ServiceTitan

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
- Experience leading technicians or managing a service team
- Strong understanding of dispatch and field coordination
- Working knowledge of job costing and service margins
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software
- Organized, decisive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 – $110,000 base salary (based on experience)

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
40 plus hours per week, Monday through Friday
