Landscape Crew Drivers

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care and landscape maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients. Crews must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Landscape Crew Drivers are full-time, benefit-eligible positions with weekly pay. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career, and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities:

• Performing routine flower and landscape bed maintenance, including pruning, deadheading, watering, mulching, and seasonal plant care

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers

• Trimming and edging using gas-powered trimmers

• Hand pulling weeds and maintaining planting beds

• Picking up trash and yard debris

• Operating backpack blowers to remove leaves and grass clippings

• Driving company vehicles to and from work sites with crew members

• Other responsibilities as directed

Qualifications:

• 1 year of landscape or lawn care experience preferred, including exposure to flower or planting bed maintenance

• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening

• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when maintaining landscaped and flower bed areas

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10+ miles per day
