The prestigious Bull's Bridge Golf Club is a private, 18-hole course located less than 2 hours north of New York City in South Kent, CT. Bull's Bridge Golf Club is proud to be ranked on the Best in State list compiled by Golf Digest and Best 200 Modern Courses by Golfweek.
Bull’s Bridge Golf Club is a private 2003 Tom Fazio designed Golf Course with bunkers renovated in 2023, an expertly expanded clubhouse in 2024, and a new short game/Himalayan putting green completed in 2025. We are looking for individuals to join our agronomy team. Applicants should thrive in a team environment while detail oriented, enthusiastic, and hard working. The ideal candidate would enjoy spending their mornings watching the sunrise over the beautiful Berkshires and take the utmost pride in their work.
Salary Information
Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prepare the golf course for daily play including mowing, edging, weeding, and watering
- Operate a variety of landscaping equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, spreaders, and blowers
- Collaborate with other team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, maintenance facilities and storage areas
Hours
30-45 hours per week with some flexibility, one weekend morning per week

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
