Role Overview

NovoLINC is seeking a Strategic Operations Lead to act as a force multiplier for our leadership team. Bridging the gap between commercial strategy and daily execution, this role demands a professional who can seamlessly toggle between high-level "technical storytelling" and hands-on operational management. You will build the infrastructure that allows our team to scale , while crafting the external narratives that define our value to investors and customers.


Core Missions

1. Market Presence & Commercial Operations

  • Brand & Narrative: Own the company’s voice. Develop and execute marketing strategy, messaging, and brand positioning for customers, investors, and partners.
  • Content & Collateral: Lead the creation of commercialization materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and customer-facing assets. Translate complex technology into clear narratives.
  • Digital Footprint: Manage the company website, content updates, and digital presence (LinkedIn, press releases, newsletters).
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Coordinate participation in conferences, trade shows, and industry events (e.g., OCP, NVIDIA Inception, semiconductor and data center events).
  • Growth Metrics: Track marketing KPIs, lead generation, and engagement metrics to support commercialization.

2. Business Operations & Infrastructure

  • HQ Management: Manage day-to-day office operations, vendors, facilities, and supplies to ensure a frictionless work environment.
  • People Operations: Coordinate onboarding, logistics, and administrative processes for new hires and contractors.
  • Tech Stack: Maintain and organize internal tools (Google Workspace, CRM, project management tools) to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Internal Process: Support company policies, documentation, and internal communication workflows.

3. Executive Office & Investor Relations

  • Executive Leverage: Assist with scheduling, travel, and coordination for executives and key visitors.
  • Board & Investor Support: Assist with board and investor communication materials, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Information Flow: Prepare internal updates, meeting notes, and key documentation
  • Partnerships: Support partnership processes with materials and coordination , including outreach to hyperscalers, semiconductor companies, and ecosystem partners.

Qualifications


Required

  • Experience: 3–7 years of experience in marketing, operations, office management, or startup environments.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical storytelling ability preferred.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Tooling: Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace, LinkedIn, website CMS, and CRM tools.

Preferred

  • Industry Background: Experience in deep tech, semiconductors, AI infrastructure, materials science, or hardware startups.
  • Visual Storytelling: Design and content creation skills (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, Figma).
  • Stakeholder Exposure: Familiarity with investor communications, fundraising materials, and board processes.
  • PR Experience: Experience managing PR agencies or media outreach.
