Job Summary:
The Stockroom associate is responsible for completing assigned tasks including but not limited to ensuring all products are ready for delivery for the next Service Day. All duties should be performed according to company processes and quality standards.
Essential Functions:
The Production associate is responsible for completing tasks including but not limited to-
- Processing garments for order fulfillment of Taped, Embroidered and Emblem Workorders
- Assist Final Assembly of completed orders when needed
- Assist with Garment Inspection of Discontinued garments when needed
- Assist with Hanging and Feeding in new Garments in preparation of order fulfillment
- Counting garments and inputting counts into Inventory programs
- Provides status update on open work orders for the service teams
- Provides administrative support to supervisor and other department managers as needed.
- Conducts product receipt into the system for inbound shipments of goods from vendors
- Performs inventory audits, cycle counts and updates in the system
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Some warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior experience with conducting Inventory
- Basic Microsoft Office computer and data entry skills
- Must maintain an organized work area, attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and ability to work in an often fast-paced environment.
- Must have well developed communication and basic math skills, organizational skills, efficient multi-tasking abilities, ability to work independently with limited supervision, working in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Appearance: Associates will be required to wear clothing that is always in accordance with the company’s dress code policy.
PPE: Protective equipment is not required to perform essential job functions.
While performing the duties of this position, associates will be required to stand and for significant and/or prolonged periods of time while at their workstation. Normal lifting of up to 50 pounds is required. Overtime may be required. Voluntary overtime requires prior supervisory approval.
Required Credentials:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
