Pay Range: $35,000- $40,000/yearly

About the Role
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a compassionate and organized Family Group Decision Making (FGDM) Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate and facilitate family-centered meetings for families with a child in out-of-home care. You will work collaboratively with families, caregivers, foster parents, attorneys, and community professionals to develop plans that support the safety and well-being of children. You will also provide education and resources to families and community partners throughout the process.
 
What You’ll Do
• Issue invitations and communicate all relevant conference details to identified family members and support persons
• Coordinate all steps of the Family Group Decision Making conference, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
• Facilitate and/or co-facilitate family meetings as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, foster parents, attorneys, and community partners
• Ensure all required steps of the FGDM process are completed effectively and timely
• Transport clients using your personal vehicle as necessary
 
Minimum Requirements
• High school diploma required; preferred fields of study include Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or a related field
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required, applicable clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
