Your Role

  • Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care.
  • Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $52,000 – $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred).
  • Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
  • Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
  • Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
