In this role, you’ll engage prospective and current clients through outbound calls, email campaigns, and lead follow-up to guide them through the sales process from introduction to close. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, referrals, and targeted prospecting efforts.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads with urgency and persistence.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and uncover growth opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client objectives.
- Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines and confidently close sales to meet or exceed established quotas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, decision-makers, and qualifying information in our CRM/lead management system.
- Stay current on product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies to effectively position solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally to solve problems, improve sales processes, and enhance the client experience.
- Support the Client Success Manager as needed, including assisting with client inquiries and issue resolution.
Requirements
What You Bring
- 2+ years prior sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals in a metrics-driven environment.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging clients via phone and email.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Critical thinking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Education & Training
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of all assigned onboarding and ongoing training programs.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Full-time position (40+ hours per week).
- Office-based role in a shared or private workspace environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a high-volume phone environment.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and perform routine desk-based physical tasks (reaching, bending, pushing, pulling).
- Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
