$100/week on-call pay (even if youre not called out)

What youll do:

Handle daily work orders and apartment turns
Paint, patch drywall, and do light carpentry
Fix plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
Work on HVAC (certs a plus)
Help keep the property and shop clean and safe
Rotate on-call duties with the team

What youll need:

1+ year of maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications preferred
Basic skills with plumbing, electrical, and appliances
