Job Description: Finance (Corporate Trust) - Junior Associate

Talantage, LLC is currently seeking qualified candidates on behalf of our client for the position of Corporate Trust Associate to join the firm's Finance Practice Group. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work on complex capital markets matters within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in a broad range of capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on structured finance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate trust and agency agreements, indentures, and related documentation.
  • Advise clients on transaction structures, financing arrangements, and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across the Finance Practice Group to support multi-faceted transactions.
  • Manage assignments efficiently and deliver high-quality legal work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Must have license to practice in NC.
  • 2–3 years of legal experienc e in capital markets transactions, preferably with structured finance exposure.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
