ABOUT THE JOB

Paradigm Oral Health is seeking a skilled and versatile Copy and Content Writer to craft compelling and strategic content across multiple digital and offline marketing channels. This role is central to shaping the voice of our brands across a network of 60+ dental practices, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with both stakeholder needs, brand standards and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, comfortable writing everything from website copy and blog posts to paid social ads and email campaigns. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll work closely within our marketing organization with design, SEO, web, and production teams to deliver high-quality content that educates, connects, and converts with our audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Development & Strategy

  • Write, edit, and proofread content for a wide variety of formats including websites, blogs, referral materials, emails, paid digital ads, landing pages, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that support business objectives and campaign goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand voices across all content while tailoring messaging for various audiences and platforms.
  • Contribute to SEO strategy through keyword-rich blog content, optimized web copy, and meta descriptions.
  • Research dental, health, and wellness topics to produce authoritative, engaging, and accurate content.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives.

Content Production & Optimization

  • Establish and incorporate a tech-forward approach to copy creation and iteration.
  • Partner with the acquisition and web teams to ensure high-impact messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts through persuasive, testable messaging on landing pages and digital ads.
  • Create and test A/B messaging for email subject lines, calls to action, and ad copy.
  • Stay current on trends in digital marketing, copywriting best practices, and audience behavior to continually refine content output.
  • Ensure all content meets accessibility, readability, and clarity standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Practice Marketing to engage with clients directly on web, SEO and copy projects and needs.
  • Lead copy/content process improvement for greater project quality and throughput.
  • Work with designers and developers to bring content to life in visually compelling and conversion-friendly formats.
  • Provide copy support to site launches, redesigns, and rebranding efforts.
  • Coordinate with practice marketing, social and others on campaign calendars, testing plans, and reporting.Shape

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Writing & Communication

  • 5–7 years of experience in a professional copywriting, content marketing, or editorial role.
  • A portfolio showcasing content across web, blog, email, and/or digital advertising.
  • Impeccable grammar, style, and tone awareness.
  • Strong storytelling and persuasive writing skills.

Marketing & Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, including use of keywords and metadata.
  • Experience writing for consumer audiences—healthcare or dental experience a plus.
  • Understanding of message mapping, content marketing funnels and audience journeys.
  • Proficiency in content and email platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Comfortable using project management and comms tools (e.g., Monday, Slack, Teams).

Helpful-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics (or similar), UTM tracking, or A/B testing platforms.
  • Experience creating content for accessibility and inclusive language standards.
  • Basic understanding of HTML or CMS platforms.

LOCATION & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere with a strong internet connection. Occasional travel to our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, or Denver, Colorado may be required.
