Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced job where you can work outdoors and be part of a great team? Aaction Rents is looking for a Part-Time/Seasonal Yard Attendant to help keep our yard and equipment clean, organized, and ready for customers. If you enjoy working with equipment, assisting customers, and being part of a hardworking crew, this is the job for you!

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload rental equipment for customers.
• Demonstrate the operation of rental equipment to customers.
• Service and clean equipment following ready to rent procedures.
• Keep the yard and work areas clean and organized.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch customer service.
• Follow instructions from the Yard Lead and support the team as needed.
• Complete 40 hours of hands on training in our new training facility!

• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of construction tools, lawn & garden equipment, and heavy-duty machinery.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting 25-100 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in all weather conditions.
