About this position

Seen as the leader of the concierge team. Acts as a leader by maintaining professionalism at all times, supervises the day-to-day functions of the team ensuring that tasks are completed. Acts as the direct liaison between GM, Membership team and Concierge team. 

  • Distributes and monitors the execution of tasks given by management
  • Provides new hire and ongoing training for the concierge team
  • Seeks out new tasks for the concierge team to work on during slower hours
  • Manages inventory levels for supplies and equipment 
  • Monitors usage of cell phones, personal work, and personal conversations. 
  • Alerts leadership of any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Staffing 
    • Sits in on interviews with new team member candidates
  • Schedule
    • Creates Concierge team schedule 
    • Monitors breaks, tardiness, overtime, excessive lunches, uniform issues
  • Checks in with team members as they arrive to make sure they are informed for the day
  • Attend BEO Meetings
    • Provides team with needed information from BEO meetings
  • Attend Marketing Meeting 
    • Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
  • Attend Membership Meeting 
    • Provides team with needed information from marketing meetings
  • Monitors incoming and outgoing emails
  • Handles customer service escalations from concierge team
