Job purpose
This position will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks related to commission deposits, direct assignments, referrals, and reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate and timely processing of commission checks, direct deposits, and other financial transactions.

- Sears/Willis IBA Quarterly Overrides
- Assist with Check Corrections
- Others duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with financial software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working conditions
This job will require long hours looking at a computer screen. You may be asked to travel to other offices, or event locations. This position works closely with the accounting specialist to plan and direct all aspects of our accounting department policies, objectives and initiatives.
Physical requirements
Many hours working on a computer. General office environment. Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 4pm.
(w/1 Hour lunch). These are the typical hours and they can be adjusted with management approval.
