Lake Regional Hospice is seeking a dedicated, professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This person will be tasked with helping us maintain a successful hospice program and continue to foster our strong community relationships. Staff in our Hospice department are led by an energetic and caring leader. Having support from your leader is important, and you will be here.

An annual influenza vaccination is required.
