The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Account Manager to expand adoption of our specialty bed rental services in hospitals across an assigned territory. You’ll build account strategies, strengthen clinical and supply chain relationships, and drive revenue growth—especially within Level I & II trauma centers, ICU units, and other high-acuity environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own account strategy & execution: Build and deliver account plans aligned to territory goals; increase utilization and adoption across ICU environments.
- Build relationships that last: Partner with clinical leaders and supply chain teams; serve as a trusted liaison and problem-solver.
- Become the product expert: Lead demos and evaluations and clearly connect solutions to patient outcomes and operational efficiencies.
- Develop & manage pipeline: Prospect through contract execution; track opportunities, engagements, and customer needs in Monday.com.
- Bring market insight: Share customer feedback, trends, and competitor intel to strengthen positioning and refine sales approach.
- Support QBRs: Assist the Area VP in Quarterly Business Reviews to reinforce value and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Regional Clinical Engagement Managers to coordinate evaluations and implementation.
- Manage contracting needs: Support renewals, expansions, price adjustments, and smooth onboarding with supply chain partners.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in hospital/healthcare; experience in trauma/ICU/high-acuity settings preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Proven consultative selling ability and track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Knowledge of hospital sales cycles and healthcare environments
- Ability to travel within territory and occasional overnight travel (~25%)
