We are looking for friendly, energetic, and service-oriented team members to help create an exceptional dining experience for every guest. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and works efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Roles & Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service

  • Greet guests warmly with a genuine smile and escort them to their table

  • Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and menu changes

  • Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences

  • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and restaurant services

  • Monitor and observe guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests

  • Present checks, accept payments, process credit cards, and provide change

  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return

Food & Beverage Support

  • Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen and bar

  • Maintain full menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation

  • Assist with food running, water service, and beverage refills

  • Help with takeout orders, packaging, and accuracy checks

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

  • Maintain the expo station by organizing tickets and keeping the area clean

Host & Seating Flow

  • Manage guest flow in the dining room, patio, and bar areas

  • Use visual cues to seat guests according to preference and availability

  • Provide accurate wait times and prioritize guests with reservations

  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide appropriate assistance

Side Work & Team Support

  • Perform opening and closing side work as assigned

  • Assist bussers with clearing, resetting, and sanitizing tables

  • Clear dishware between courses and reset tableware

  • Maintain clean service stations, dining areas, and walkways

  • Support teammates and assist other FOH/BOH departments as needed

  • Attend team meetings and contribute suggestions for improvement

Job Requirements

  • Valid Food Handler’s Card (training provided if needed)

  • 6 months–1 year of experience in a similar role preferred

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to carry and serve hot items (up to 210°F)

  • Flexible availability — evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong multitasking and coordination skills

  • Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system

  • Knowledge of sanitation guidelines and food safety standards

  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

  • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to excellent service

  • Ability to use kitchen utensils, handle trays, and follow safety rules
