The Opportunity:


As the Client Services Account Director, you’ll lead the charge in managing high-level client relationships, developing strategic plans, and ensuring that client projects deliver world-class results. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to key clients while overseeing internal teams to deliver on expectations. Your role is essential to maintaining and growing strong client partnerships, while driving forward our mission of delivering dreams through innovation and insights.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Leadership: Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, nurturing relationships, understanding client goals, and ensuring those goals align with our solutions. You’ll lead with responsibility and a client-first mindset.
  • Strategic Account Development: Develop long-term strategies that not only meet but exceed client objectives. Your curiosity will guide you in identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation within existing accounts.
  • High-Level Project Oversight: Lead major client projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while driving the highest standards of quality. Your tenacity will ensure every project succeeds.
  • Cross-Department Leadership: Collaborate with creative, marketing, and operational teams to ensure that client visions are executed flawlessly. You’ll foster collaboration across teams and departments to bring integrated solutions to life.
  • Client Insights & Innovation: Use data and insights to guide decisions, providing clients with forward-thinking solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, ensuring OBI stays ahead of the curve and continues delivering dreams.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Address any challenges or risks proactively, guiding clients and internal teams to solutions that ensure smooth delivery and exceptional results. You’ll demonstrate responsibility by leading with clarity and confidence
