This position is part time every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6pm - 6am.

Position Overview: As an LVN/LPN at Bradbury Commons, you'll be a vital member of our clinical team. You’ll deliver direct nursing care, monitor resident health, and support daily living activities in accordance with each resident's personalized care plan. This is a hands-on role that requires clinical skill, attention to detail, and a deep respect for the aging population.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report promptly to RN supervisor or physician
- Document care and observations accurately in EMR system
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) when needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care
- Participate in care plan meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training
- Uphold infection control, safety, and facility policies at all times

Requirements:- Registered Nurse with current state license in good standing.
- Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
- Good Leadership qualities.
- Organized and detailed in work performance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience.
- Genuine caring for and interest in elderly and disabled people in a nursing facility.
- Comply with the Residents Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
- Perform work tasks within the physical demand requirements as outlined below.
