Registered Nurse

Under the guidance and supervision of the nurse, the supervisor shares the responsibility for total patient needs. As a member of the nursing team, He/She performs a variety of technical and skilled patient care duties, many of which were acquired through nursing education and supervised on-the-job training and experiences. The Registered Nurse shares the responsibility of providing a safe and comfortable environment conducive to healing while delivering quality care. Assist a physician or a nurse practitioner as needed to provide all care.

Associates Degree

Minimum

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

Preferred

At least one year experience

License, Certification, Etc

Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia (or appropriate compact state license)

Crisis Prevention Intervention Certification (within 3 months of hire)
