Job Description
VT Cares is a mission-driven healthcare organization seeking a compassionate and reliable Patient Service Representative to join our remote team. You will be the primary connection between patients and our care services, ensuring every patient receives timely, respectful, and supportive assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Schedule appointments and assist with care coordination
Provide clear information about services and patient resources
Accurately document interactions using electronic systems
Work closely with care teams to resolve patient concerns
Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Empathetic, patient-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Healthcare or patient support experience preferred
