The Warehouse Stock Room Associate is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, kitting, and shipping materials that support PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production and military-grade builds. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to quality and documentation standards, and efficient coordination in a low-volume, high-mix environment. The ideal candidate has experience in electronics manufacturing, traceability requirements, and handling sensitive or high-reliability components.
Requirements:Receiving & Incoming Inspection
• Receive, verify, and log incoming materials, components, and equipment.
• Inspect incoming goods for accuracy, damage, and compliance with specifications.
• Perform basic quality checks, including part number confirmation, quantity verification, and packaging validation.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.
• Ensure proper handling of ESD-sensitive components and controlled materials.
Stock Room Management
• Organize, label, and store components and assemblies in designated stock locations.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and ESD compliant stock room environment.
• Monitor inventory levels to support production schedules and minimize shortages.
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
• Follow material handling and traceability procedures in accordance with IPC, AS9100, and military standards (if applicable).
Kitting for Production
• Pull and kit components required for PCBA builds and military assemblies.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of kits before release to production.
• Handle moisture-sensitive devices (MSDs) following appropriate bake out or storage protocols.
• Work with engineering and planning teams to resolve part shortages, substitutions, or discrepancies.
Shipping & Outbound Logistics
• Prepare finished goods, assemblies, and materials for shipment.
• Generate packing lists, shipping labels, and documentation required for domestic and international shipments.
• Ensure compliance with military, ITAR, and customer-specific packaging standards when required.
• Coordinate with carriers and maintain accurate shipment records.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in warehouse, stock room, or material handling roles (electronics manufacturing preferred).
• Familiarity with PCBA components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.).
• Understanding of ESD-safe handling practices.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for receiving, kitting, and inventory transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret basic BOMs, packing lists, and build documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a low volume, high mix, fast changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Preferred Experience
• Knowledge of IPC standards, AS9100 processes, or military build requirements.
• Experience with moisture sensitive device handling (J STD 033).
• Familiarity with ITAR controlled or traceability critical materials.
• Experience with barcoding, labeling, and inventory scanning systems.
