Who We're Looking For
We are seeking proven, consistent top performers.
Ideal candidates will have:
2+ full years of demonstrated success as an Automotive Finance Manager
A consistent track record of $2,800+ PVR
65%+ VSC penetration maintained over time
Demonstrated stability and positive impact within prior dealerships
The ability to sell with integrity while closing with confidence

Interview Requirements
Candidates selected for interviews should be prepared to provide:
Summary documentation reflecting the most recent 90 days of finance production
Four professional references from automotive management
Verifiable evidence of consistent, high-level performance
Please Do Not Apply If:
Your average PVR is below $2,400
Your VSC penetration is consistently below 60%
You are not self-motivated, goal-driven, and accountable for your results
You have a pattern of short tenures without measurable impact
You do not have a proven track record of closing at a high level
This position is intended for experienced automotive finance professionals who consistently perform at a high standard.
